At ASJ Stock Market Classes (a unit of ASJ Ventures), we are committed to delivering high-quality stock market education through both free and paid programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid courses or services.
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during registration.
Please note that payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be net of any transaction processing fees charged by the payment gateway.
If ASJ Stock Market Classes cancels a paid course or session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (including gateway charges) will be issued to all enrolled participants, or an option to transfer the fee to another batch will be provided.
