Refund Policy

At ASJ Stock Market Classes (a unit of ASJ Ventures), we are committed to delivering high-quality stock market education through both free and paid programs. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for paid courses or services.


1. Refund Eligibility


Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:


  • The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase/enrollment.
  • The student has not attended more than one live session or accessed more than 20% of the course content (for self-paced courses).
  • The payment was made through official ASJ payment gateways (UPI, Razorpay, Paytm, etc.).


    2. Non-Refundable Situations


    Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:


    • Request is raised after 7 days of enrollment.
    • Significant portion of the course has already been accessed or downloaded.
    • Refund request is based on personal reasons unrelated to course quality (e.g., lack of time, changed mind, personal financial issues).
    • The user has violated our Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct.
    • Payment was made to unofficial/unauthorized accounts or agents.


      3. Processing Time & Method


      All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during registration.


      4. Payment Gateway Fees


      Please note that payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be net of any transaction processing fees charged by the payment gateway.


      5. Course Cancellation by ASJ


      If ASJ Stock Market Classes cancels a paid course or session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund (including gateway charges) will be issued to all enrolled participants, or an option to transfer the fee to another batch will be provided.


      6. Requesting a Refund


      To request a refund, please email us at info@asjventures.in with the following details:


      • Full Name
      • Registered Email ID
      • Course Name
      • Date of Payment & Transaction ID
      • Reason for Refund Request


        Refund requests without valid proof of payment will not be considered.
